Did you know that the first course offered by the Instituto Novo Sert\u00e3o was a guitar class?
This story began 10 years ago, when the first chords echoed across the Sert\u00e3o, spreading hope, art, and transformation. Since then, every note played has represented the sound of change and the power of musical education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When It All Began<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2015, the Institute was taking its first steps, and along with them came the desire to awaken gifts and talents among the youth of the region. That\u2019s how the first guitar course of Novo Sert\u00e3o was born \u2014 a simple project, yet deeply meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just one year later, in 2016, the first students graduated \u2014 young people who discovered, through music, a new way to express themselves, to find hope, and to give purpose to their dreams.\nAfter all, each song taught represented not only a technical skill but also an invitation to dream and believe in a better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that time, the sound of the guitars went far beyond musical notes.\nEach class became a meeting of dreams and a space for community. In this way, music became a language capable of uniting people and strengthening identities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many young people found in the guitar more than just an instrument \u2014 they found a voice to express the soul of the Sert\u00e3o.\nConsequently, the guitar became a symbol of something greater: the certainty that art is also a powerful tool for social transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2025: The Return of a Story That Continues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Today, ten years later, the sound of guitars once again fills the courtyards and schools of the Sert\u00e3o!
The guitar classes are back \u2014 this time, with even greater strength, structure, and reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the Instituto Novo Sert\u00e3o joyfully celebrates the beginning of four active classes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
